Community Engagement Policy

LX Semicon is expanding its social contribution efforts by addressing local community issues in line with the core values of the LX Group. To this end, the company has established a community engagement policy and actively promotes social contribution activities targeting a wide range of stakeholders within the local community. Activities and Achievements

Supporting Underprivileged Children

In the second half of 2024, LX Semicon organized a donation and auction event as part of an internal cultural program "LX Semicon Da-Gachi (Diverse Values)" to support underprivileged communities. Funds raised through employee donations and auction sales were donated to The Daejeon Jahye Child Welfare Center and Myeongjin Wildflower Love Village in Seoul. In this event, employees donated personal items, which were then sold through an internal auction, with all proceeds contributed to the cause. LX Semicon continues to collaborate with local child care facilities, providing necessary supplies to improve living conditions for children in residential care as part of its ongoing social contribution activities.

Promotion of Parasports

LX Semicon supports a Para-Athletics Team to promote and expand the foundation for sports for people with disabilities.
In addition to funding team operations, the company provides systematic training support for athletes across various disciplines, contributing to the development of para-sports. As of the end of 2024, a total of 23 athletes were active across 9 sports categories, and LX Semicon plans to continue this support to help athletes reach peak performance and to foster broader participation in para-sports.

Support for Vulnerable Groups

In October 2024, LX Semicon participated in a kimchi-making donation event held in Yuseong-gu to support the local community. Employees took part in the kimchi preparation themselves and also made financial contributions, thereby enhancing the company’s support for vulnerable populations.
