In the case of master’s and doctoral degree graduates, payed vacations are given in consideration of the length of study.

Compensation System

LX Semicon practices the principle of performance-based rewarding by determining each individual's income based on their respective performance.

  • Basic Annual Wage
    The basic annual salary is fixed and is paid as an annual salary based on personnel evaluation
  • Incentive
    Incentives given occasionally/regularly for personnel who contributed to the creation of business results by performing R&D projects and core tasks
  • Performance-Related Pay
    Determination on whether to pay based on the company's management achievement and the amount of incomes based on each individual's performance

Assessment

LX Semicon evaluates employees' performance and competence annually and the results of the evaluation are used to determine employees' annual salary, incentives, training, promotion.
