Assessment

LX Semicon evaluates employees’ performance and competence annually and the results of the evaluation are used to determine employees’ annual salary, incentives, training, promotion.

Documents will be screened based on the application form and self-introduction letter prepared by the applicant.

Interview screening

Health check-up
Health check-ups are carried out by the inspection facilities designated by the company.
Final pass
If there is no reason to disqualify the applicant from the health check-up, the company will proceed with the placement of the applicant and the department.
