LX Semicon operates a company-wide Talent Development Committee to review organizational operations and talent development plans, as well as to manage performance outcomes. We discuss the operation of the company's organization and human resources development, review and deliberate on key personnel decisions such as promotion, compensation, and performance evaluation of members through the operation of Talent Subcommittee for each organization. In addition, the Labor-Management Council holds regular quarterly meetings to discuss various agenda items and address employee grievances through collaborative dialogue between the company and its employees.

In addition to regular training programs, the company supports online learning by creating and uploading video lessons on various topics, including job-specific content and new hire training. LX Semicon also encourages employee-led knowledge sharing through in-house learning clubs, where employees exchange ideas and apply knowledge in practice. Additionally, the company provides ongoing access to job training, conferences, and seminar opportunities via the internal educational information board, enabling employees to pursue broader learning experiences.

Mentoring Activities

For employees in R&D roles, LX Semicon operates mentoring programs designed to support both researcher development and a culture of care and engagement. Mentors and mentees are matched at the project or task level, allowing mentees to receive coaching focused on real-world execution and hands-on learning - helping them adapt to their roles and strengthen their competencies.

Flexible and Family-Friendly Working Environment

LX Semicon operates flexible working hours system and working from home to ensure employee efficiency and work-life balance. The flexible working system is operated on a monthly basis (selective working hours system that is set according to an average of 40 hours per week within a unit period, regardless of 8 hours per day), allowing employees to choose their start and end times in a way that respects their personal work rhythm and lifestyle. The company also operates maternity leave, parental leave, and reduction of working hours, supports stable return to work and minimizes career interruption for employees during child-rearing periods. In addition, LX Semicon operates a workplace daycare center to ease the burden of child-rearing for members, and provides support to reduce the burden of education expenses for members through a financial support system for children, establishing a strong institutional foundation for improving employees’ overall quality of life.

LX Semicon provides training (options vary including job arrangement, employment training, or entrepreneurship training) for employees aged over 50 and who have been with the company for at least one year.
